Synchronize with your HR System – One "System of Record"
Because the most up-to-date information about your company's organizational structure typically is stored in Human Resource System, it's recommended to configure ShareKnowledge LMS to sync with your HR system in order to maintain one "system of record".

With the ShareKnowledge installation package, you also receive the Basic Integration Tool (BIT) –an integration solution based on SQL Server integration Services (SSIS), making it possible to synchronize information about users and organizational structure from an external data source (XML file) with ShareKnowledge.
