Dr. Natalia Soboleva, Founder and CEO

Dr. Natalia Soboleva founded Competentum Group in 1993. She brings more than 20 years’ experience in strategic management, international operations, and innovative e-learning product creation. Previously, Natalia was a professor at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) and a participant in the US/Russian GOV Business for Russia Entrepreneurial Program.

Carl Done, Managing Director of Competentum USA, LTD.

Carl Done brings to Competentum USA more than 25 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, product development and operations for industry leading companies such as Apple, AT&T, Nortel Networks and Software Architects.  Done’s broad experience in the technology industry includes organizational leadership of direct, channel and retail sales organizations; domestic and international business and relationship development; and segment experience in business, government, education and consumer markets. 

Denis Kovalchuk, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Denis Kovalchuk is a technical professional and graduate of Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT). Kovalchuk has more than 7 years experience as director of Research and Development with Competentum Group where he is responsible for both the LMS and content delivery platforms, including Internet projects.

Dmitry Krasovskiy, PhD, International Products and Services, Director

Dmitry Krasovskiy brings to Competentum Group more than 7 years of experience in operations in both short-term and strategic management.  Krasovskiy’s expertise includes business analysis, marketing and sales, strategic alliances, and customer relations.

Krasovskiy holds a doctorate in optimization and productivity (computer science), a master’s degree in mathematics and a bachelor’s degree in physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT). He is also an Alumni of Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program held by the American Councils for International Education.
